I would like to salute all the working mothers
Agrima Pradhan
In the past, in a traditional family, the man was responsible for all the financial matters and expenses, and women for raising the children and house works. But society has changed and today women help their husbands with the financial burden by working but helping out isn’t the only reason today’s girls work.
Today women are more independent than they were in the past as well as they share equal rights as men. But when a woman who works, decides to get married, have children, and continue their career, then they must struggle to balance their domestic and professional roles. But there is always a solution for a mother to manage between family and work.
But many mothers are still at home doing chores and giving up their dreams. It’s not fair in these modern days where they are bound to sit on the sofa and watch tele- series while they are waiting for their children and husband to return home. I would like to suggest to them, have a part-time job if interested or do something that helps them in gaining knowledge.
Mothers are the ones who can do multiple tasks just to keep their families happy. They are superhumans. But apart from their family happiness, they should think about their careers or their unfinished dreams. They must be aware to keep themselves happy too because self-love comes first before anything else. Let’s urge them to follow their passion. And, let us also keep in mind that age is never a barrier. So, motivate them to be who they are and make a difference.
Lastly, I would like to salute all the working mothers for their amazing efforts. The actions, struggles, hard work, and dedication they put in their work, can never be explained in words. So, from the bottom of my heart, I would say that they are just incredible in their works and nothing can be compared to it.
