Blood drips down your body,
Bright red, pink or brown,
A few days every month.
And looks make you feel guilty..

But… of what ?

It is not a wound, nor a loss,
It is neither wrong nor sinful,
It is just a pure and natural process:
The body function of life force.

Feel proud of who you are !
This blood that drips down your body
Is a promise of energy .
It means the body
Physically capable of becoming pregnant.
