When you wake up in the morning
And you have no specific indispensable plans for the day…
Ideas get tangled!
Thinking about the “worries” of the past few days:
Meeting, rituals, family commitments,
Sounds, concentration, meditating,
Worshippings, Temple, people,
Festival, lights, memories….
A “chaotic” and astonishing mixture…
So, when you wake up in the morning
In the still silent house..
You feel that nature is calling you
Whispering its song in your ears.
Without sense of guilt and irrepressibly,
You feel the need for silence,
Calm, solitude, free dance……
LOSING YOURSELF IN NATURE
AND FINDING YOURSELF IN IT.

Because you know that
One of nature’s most beautiful gifts
Is the joy of looking and feeling,
Listening, observing, smelling….
Simply enjoying .
Looking and listening to the birds singing to you;
Looking and hearing your footsteps on the carpet
Of fallen leaves on the path;
Looking and feeling the first rays of the sun
And the morning freshness on your cheeks;
Looking and feeling the scratch of a twig
On the skin of your arm;
Looking and feeling the breathlessness
Of your breathing going uphill;
Looking and smelling the musk;
Looking and feeling the sun’s rays
Through the branches of the trees;
Looking and observing the first spring flowers…….
Because you know that
One of nature’s most beautiful gifts
Is the joy of looking and understanding.

Then you understand that the day
Doesn’t deserve guilt.
You know that it cuddles and heals
Your mind, your heart and your body,
You know that nature is
An always open book.
You will return strengthened,
Refreshed and unburdened..
Everything will seem more beautiful to you,
More appetizing, more desirable.

And when you will feel the need,
Nature will welcome you with open arms
And we all like to go where we feel loved..
