Being lonely is indeed so difficult

Do you know how difficult it is to be a single child?
Sometimes I am cool but sometimes I go wild
Being lonely is indeed so very difficult
Perhaps it could be understood by the adults

How to spend time when no friends around?
With only gadgets here I am bound
I asked my mom to at least raise a pet
She has many excuses and answers already set

I want to own a puppy I asked my father
To share my things and spend time together
I want to share everything of mine
To forget my sorrows and always be fine

Having a pet has become my dream
How I can achieve it, may I scream?
Oh mom! Oh dad! Please understand
If you don’t whom shall I command?
