She said me:
Stay alive!
Don’t settle for it!
Take your eyes for a walk
As soon as you can.
Don’t give up on sunsets, on hope!

Accept suffering!
Accept happiness!
Accept the strength that sometimes pervades you!

Don’t let yourself be crushed
By what has been
Or what you don’t have.

Don’t let your kindness, curiosity, imagination
Be stolen,
Your sensitivity mocked….

Keep jumping in the puddles if you like it,
As a carefree child…

Change some ways in your habits
If you want it,
Change even often ….
But fight to the end not to get lost.

Take care of yourself,
Take care of the way you are looking at the others,
Take care of your affections,
With patience and love;
Don’t throw them away,
Don’t waste them,
Keep your generosity, always aside and inside.

Cry as well, cry when you want!
Remember to do it every now and then.
Tears are not a shame,
Tears are often the cure
With people too:
Listen to their small but great stories ..
As yours….

Don’t be afraid
Of what you think could turn you off.
Do not disappear: stay and enjoy!
Stay brave!
Head held high
Heart in hand …..”
